Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Firstsource Solutions has informed that it enclosed the schedule of Analyst/ Institutional Investor Meetings with the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. The company has informed that the Company will reiterate the Industry/ Company specific developments already in public domain, and no unpublished price-sensitive information shall be shared during these sessions. The schedule of the above sessions is subject to changes, due to exigencies, if any.
