Rotographics (India) informs about EGM
Rotographics (India) has informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 22nd May, 2026 at 12:00 pm through video conferencing (VC)/ other audio visual means (OAVM) at 12:00 pm. The copy of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) Notice is attached. For the aforesaid purpose the Company has fixed Saturday, the 16th May, 2026 as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members opting for e-voting. The Company had entered into an arrangement with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for facilitating e-voting through their e-voting platform.
