With reference to SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26 2018 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19,2023 regarding fund raising by issuance of debt securities by large entities (‘SEBI Circular’) and filing of disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporates within 30 days from the beginning of Financial Year. In this regard, Nakoda Group of Industries has confirmed that the Company are not a Large Corporate as per the applicable criteria given under the above mentioned SEBI circulars.
