Exxaro Tiles informs about board meeting
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Exxaro Tiles has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 05th May, 2026, to consider and approve: 1. To consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. The window for trading in the shares of the Company has already been closed with effect from 1st April, 2026 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time the result for the aforesaid period becomes generally available, in terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
