Refex Renewables & Infrastructure has confirmed that the company [CIN: L40100TN1994PLC028263] (‘RRIL’) does not fall under ‘Large Corporate’ category as per the framework provided in the SEBI Circular No. SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HQ/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021, in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate and disclosure compliance thereof by such Large Corporate. Further, as per Para 3.1(a) of the aforesaid circular, it has enclosed the disclosure of the fact that the company is not identified as a Large Corporate, in the format as specified Annex-XII-A, of aforesaid circular for the financial year 2025-26.
