Physical Rubber prices extend gains on Tuesday
Physical Rubber prices extended gains on Tuesday driven by strong demand from the automotive and tyre industries. Moreover, increasing production costs for synthetic alternatives and continued domestic supply shortages also reinforced the upward movement in natural rubber prices.
Spot prices for the RSS-4 variety rose to Rs 245/kg to its previous closing of Rs 243/kg; while the RSS-5 variety gained to Rs 241.00/kg to its previous closing of Rs 239/kg.
