With reference to its letter dated 23rd April 2026 informing its Board Meeting that was scheduled today. In this regard, Sanofi Consumer Healthcare India has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, Tuesday, 28th April 2026, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March 2026. Further, pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), it has enclosed a copy of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st March 2026, as approved at the aforesaid meeting, along with a copy of the Limited Review Report duly signed by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. Extract of the aforesaid results will be published in the newspapers in the format prescribed under Regulation 47 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
