Praj Industries has informed that based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 28th April, 2026 have approved the appointment of Mr. Sachin Raole (DIN: 00431438) as Joint Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer for a period of five (5) years with effect from 30th April, 2026 till 29th April, 2031, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company. Consequent to his appointment as Joint Managing Director, Sachin Raole will be re-designated as Joint Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 30th April, 2026. The disclosures as required under Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, (as amended) are enclosed as Annexure-A. The Meeting commenced at 11.30 am and concluded at 12.10 pm.
