Premier informs about non - applicability of large entity disclosure
With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated August 10, 2021 & updated on April 13, 2022 & SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHSRACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (LC) and disclosure of compliance thereof by the Large Corporate (LC), Premier has confirmed that as per Annexure A that the company is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular.
