Magellanic Cloud rises on inking pact with Rayonix Tech
Size of agreement is up to Rs 150 crore
Magellanic Cloud is currently trading at Rs. 27.11, up by 0.23 points or 0.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 26.88 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 27.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 27.95 and Rs. 26.77 respectively. So far 145718 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 105.26 on 17-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 19.43 on 30-Mar-2026.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 27.95 and Rs. 19.43 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1603.44 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 54.04%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.25% and 45.71% respectively.
Magellanic Cloud has entered into a Strategic Investment and Collaboration Agreement with Rayonix Tech, to support India’s defence ecosystem by enabling the development and supply of warfare-grade XTEND’s UAV & drones tailored to evolving national security requirements.
The newly formed partnership between Magellanic Cloud and Rayonix Tech will further focus on local manufacturing, deployment, and scaling of next-generation UAV solutions aligned with the Government of India’s vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat and increased self-reliance in defence production. The partnership is expected to significantly strengthen India’s indigenous defence manufacturing capabilities while enabling access to cutting-edge autonomous drone technologies designed for tactical operations, surveillance, reconnaissance and security applications. Size of agreement is up to Rs 150 crore.
