Transworld Shipping Lines informs about confirmation of non-applicability of initial disclosure
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023 issued by SEBI on ‘Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities’, Transworld Shipping Lines has confirmed that the company does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate (LC)’, as per the framework provided under Clause 3.2 of the said Circular. Hence, disclosure requirements mentioned in the aforementioned circular are not applicable to the Company as on 31st March 2026.
