Dharani Finance informs about non-applicability of disclosure
In reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 and SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-POD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, listed entities identified as ‘Large Corporates’ (LCs) are required to adhere to the framework for fund raising by issuance of debt securities and make applicable disclosures as prescribed. Dharani Finance has confirmed that the company does not fall under the category of 'Large Corporates' as defined under the circulars, as amended from time to time. Accordingly, the requirement under the said framework is not applicable to the Company.
