Filatex India submits board meeting intimation
Filatex India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, meeting of the Board of Directors of Filatex India will be held on Friday, 15t May, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. In the said Board Meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider recommendation of dividend on Equity Shares, if any for the financial year ending 31st March 2026. Further in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company has been closed from April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of above financial results for the Directors/Promoters/KMPs/Designated Employees/Auditor, etc. of the Company.
