With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26.11.2018, Hindusthan Udyog has confirmed that the company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ in terms of the said circular as on 31st March, 2026. The company has informed that the Outstanding Borrowing of Company as on 31st March, 2026 is Rs 8.49 Crs. Accordingly, the Disclosure requirements as given in the said circular are not applicable to the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
