Gemstone Investments has informed that Rishi Sekhri & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN:128216W), communicated their resignation from the position of Statutory Auditor of the Company w.e.f. 23rd April 2026. Disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 forming part of this announcement. Pursuant to resignation of Rishi Sekhri & Associates, the Company shall take requisite steps to appoint a new Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy and will intimate the Stock Exchange in due course.
