Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, TVS Supply Chain Solutions has informed that TVS Supply Chain Solutions (Company) has received an order from Income Tax Department, Assessment Unit (Order). The Company will be filing appropriate response and appeal the Order before the Authorities within the prescribed timelines. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, is enclosed as Annexure 1.
