Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/ 1/3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, all shareholders are informed that a special window has been opened from February 5, 2026 and will remain opened till February 4, 2027 to facilitate transfer and dematerialization of physical securities which were sold/purchased prior to April 01, 2019.
