Enterprise International has informed that there has been no public issue proceeds raised from the Initial Public Offer (IPO) and Further Public Offer (FPO) Right issue, preferential issue etc. Hence the statement of deviation(s) or variation(s) under Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 is not applicable to the company.
