Optiemus Infracom informs about credit rating
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Optiemus Infracom has informed that CRISIL Ratings has assigned the ratings to the proposed Bank Loan Facilities of the Company, as details enclosed. The Company has shifted its rating mandate from ICRA to CRISIL Ratings. The current ratings assigned by CRISIL represent an upgrade compared to the previous ratings of [ICRA] BBB- (Stable) / [ICRA] A3 previously held by the Company.
