Pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, National Aluminium Company has informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 30th April, 2026 to consider the Audited (Standalone & Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2026. Further, Trading Window is under closure from 1st April, 2026 and shall remain closed till 2nd May, 2026.
