Pursuant Regulation 30 of the Security and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations). of the Listing Regulation, Expo Engineering and Projects has informed that the company has received a work order on 20th April, 2026 by Reliance Industries Jamnagar Site amounting to Rs 37,416,384 (inclusive of taxes) in the normal course of business. The disclosure as per SEBI Circular No SEBI/HO/CFD-poD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is enclosed as Annexure-A.
