Stallion India Fluorochemicals has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR Regulations), the appointment of Himani R. Patel & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 145894W), as the Internal Auditor of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, is hereby approved in the Board Meeting held on 20th April, 2026. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed as Annexure- A.
