SKF India has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, read with applicable circulars, Alagesan Thasari, Head - Automotive Business, designated as Senior Management Personnel, has resigned from the said post to pursue career opportunities outside the company. The company has accepted his resignation, and he will be relieved from his duties with effect from closing of business hours of 21st April 2026.
