Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Half year and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. In reference to its Trading Window Closure intimation dated March 26, 2026, it has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for its designated persons shall remain closed up to 48 hours post declaration of the said financial results. Accordingly, the trading window shall reopen from Monday, May 04, 2026.
