Currency futures for April expiry trade weaker with 1.92% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 93.39, weaker compared to its Monday’s close at 93.16. The rupee opened at 93.25 and touched day’s high of 93.4125 and low of 93.25.
The April currency futures were trading at 93.3925 with a spread of 0.0075 and a volume of 1,37,743. The contract opened at 93.20 weaker from its previous closing of 93.1525. The open interest (OI) stood at 16,64,030 up by 1.92% compared to its previous close of 16,32,627.
