Nutech Global informs about non-applicability of large corporate framework
Pursuant to the SEBI Operational Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/P/CIR/2021/613 dated 10th August, 2021 (Updated as on 13th April, 2022) issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on ‘fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities’. In this regard, Nutech Global has confirmed that the company has not been identified as a Large Corporate (LC) entity as on 31.03.2026, as per the framework provided in the aforementioned circular. The disclosure in prescribed format is also enclosed as Annexure-XIl-A.
