Goodricke Group submits initial disclosure
Pursuant to Chapter XII of SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/PoDl/P/CIR/2023/119 dated August 10, 2021, updated as on July 07, 2023 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPODl/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, Goodricke Group has confirmed that the company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ as on March 31, 2026, as per the applicability criteria mentioned in the said circulars. In view of the above, the framework as provided for the Large Corporate as per the said SEBI Circular is not applicable to the Company and therefore the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure for incremental borrowings for the financial year ended on March 31, 2026, is also not applicable to the Company. The company has enclosed disclosure in the form of Annexure XII-A to that effect.
