Re-appointment of Manubhai Patel (DIN: 00132045) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of three consecutive years with effect from 05th May, 2026, 2. Re-appointment of Prof. (Dr) Ganapati Yadav (DIN: 02235661) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of three consecutive years with effect from 05th May, 2026, 3. Re-appointment of Urvashi Shah (DIN: 07007362) as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of three consecutive years with effect from 05th May, 2026. Further, the Board of Directors has confirmed that the aforesaid Directors are not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority, in terms of BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and NSE Circular No. NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018.
