With reference to E-mail: L/SURV/ONL/PV/APJ/2026-2027/3754 dated 17th April, 2026 seeking clarification on significant Price Movement in the Securities of the Company at exchange in the recent past, Chemcrux Enterprises has informed that the Company has intimated from time to time to the BSE of all the events, information, etc. that has an impact on the operation/ performance of the Company which include all price sensitive information, etc. as required to be disclosed under Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Company has not withheld any information or events which, in opinion, would have an impact on the price behaviour of the scrip of the Company. Therefore, the movement in the Company's share price is purely due to market conditions and apparently market driven on which the Company neither has any control nor has any knowledge of reasons.
