Easy Trip Planners has informed that in terms of the captioned SEBI Circular, the Company is not a ‘Large Corporate’ as it does not fall under the category of Large Corporate in terms with para 2.2 of the above said circular. Hence the Company is not required to make disclosure as per the para 4.1 of the said Circular. Accordingly, the Disclosure and Compliances mentioned therein to be done by Large Corporates are not applicable.
