SEB/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2 July, 2025 and SEBIVHO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated 30th January 2026, a special window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer deeds which were lodged prior to the deadline of April 01, 2019, and rejected/returned/not attended due to deficiency in the documents/process/or otherwise. Attached copies of newspapers cutting (Financial Express and Haribhoomi) in which information regarding opening of special window for re-lodgement of the transfer requests of Physical Shares in accordance with SEBI Circular No. SEBIVHO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated 2nd July, 2025 and SEBI/HO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated 30th January, 2026, has been published.
