Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, as amended read with Industrial Standard on Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, Veedol Corporation has informed that, Sanjeev Wangoo, Executive Director, Group Supply Chain Management (SMP) has tendered his resignation from the services of the company with effect from close of business on Friday, 17th April, 2026. Necessary disclosure in prescribed format is enclosed as Annexure I. Letter as prescribed under Schedule III of Part A Para 7(c) of Industrial Standard on Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 will be disclosed within the specified timeline.
