Explanation for Delay: Further, the resignation of Anuradha Pandey was effective from March 29th, 2026. However, the resignation letter could not be submitted within the prescribed timeline of 7 days from the effective date due to an inadvertent administrative oversight which resulted in the timeline for filing the said disclosure not being tracked appropriately.
