Storage Technologies and Automation informs about non - applicability of large corporate entity disclosure
With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/ 2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 & SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023, in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate (Lc) and disclosure of compliance thereof by the Large Corporate (LC), Storage Technologies and Automation has confirmed that as per Annexure A that our Company is not a Large Corporate (LC) as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the aforesaid circular. Hence does not qualify as ‘Large Corporate’. As on March 31, 2026 for the purpose of aforesaid circulars. Hence, the requirement of making Initial Disclosure for FY 2026-27 and Annual Disclosure for the Financial year 2026-27 to the stock exchanges does not arise for the Company.
