Waaree Renewable Technologies has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has reported 67.55% rise in its net profit at Rs 157.31 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to Rs 93.89 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 130.55% at Rs 1109.99 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 481.46 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 66.02% rise in its net profit at Rs 155.74 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 93.81 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 130.23% at Rs 1108.44 crore for Q4FY23 as compared Rs 481.44 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 482.55 crore as compared to Rs 229.49 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 108.08% at Rs 3355.49 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1612.59 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 478.70 crore as compared to Rs 229.16 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 107.86% at Rs 3351.85 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 1612.55 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
