Fone4 Communications (India) informs about non-applicability of annual secretarial compliance report
Fone4 Communications (India) has informed that Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 is not applicable to the company. Further the company has clarified that the company is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of the Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 as: (b) The listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. In view of the above, relaxation is provided to SME listed Companies under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and consequently, the company is exempted to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended on 31.03.2026 to the stock Exchange.
