Shalibhadra Finance informs about newspaper publication
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the said Regulations, Shalibhadra Finance has informed that Darshana Chauhan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the company with effect from 15th April, 2026 due to personal reasons. Further, the Company has received confirmation from Darshana Chauhan that there are no other material reasons for her resignation other than those mentioned in her resignation letter. The company has enclosed copy of resignation letter received from Darshana Chauhan. Till the time new company secretary is appointed, Vatsal Doshi, Managing Director, will act as Compliance officer.
