November 26, 2018, Mukesh Babu Financial Services has informed that the company: i. has its equity shares listed on ‘BSE’ in terms of SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015; and ii. has no outstanding long-term borrowing of Rs 100 Crores or above; and iii. does not have a credit rating of ‘AA and above’. In view of the above, the company has confirmed that the company does not fall under Large Corporate Criteria.
