Triochem Products has informed that Triochem Products, listed with the BSE, do not cover by the applicability of Framework for Large Corporate (LC) as defined under the SEBI Circular No. : SEBI / HO / DDHS / CIR / P / 2018 / 44 dated 26th November, 2018. In view of the above confirmation, they are not identifled as a Large Corporate Entity and hence, the requirement of filing of initial disclosure under the said circular for the year ended March 31, 2026 would not arise.
