Power Grid Corporation of India informs about completion of tenure of independent directors
Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that the tenure of Shiv Tapasya Paswan (DIN: 09414240) and Shri Rohit Vaswani (DIN: 00658059), has been completed on 15th April, 2026 as Non-Official Director (Independent Director) of POWERGRID, in terms of respective orders of Ministry of Power dated 16th April, 2025. Upon completion of the said tenure, Shiv Tapasya Paswan and Rohit Vaswani ceased to be Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of Powergrid from the said date. The above is informed in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
