Nexus Venture Partners sells stake worth Rs 186 crore in Delhivery

Nexus Venture Partners offloaded 40 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 465 each

The venture capital firm Nexus Venture Partners has divested its stake worth Rs 186 crore in Delhivery through open market transactions. Nexus Venture Partners, through its affiliates -- NEXUS OPPORTUNITY FUND and NEXUS VENTURES III, offloaded 40 lakh shares of the company at an average price of Rs 465 each.

At the same time, GOLDMAN SACHS BANK EUROPE SE, MORGAN STANLEY ASIA SINGAPORE PTE, EDELWEISS MUTUAL FUND, NIPPON INDIA MUTUAL FUND and VIRIDIAN ASIA OPPORTUNITIES MASTER FUND have collectively bought 40 lakh shares at the same average price.
