Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Wendt (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 24th April 2026 to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The company has further informed that Board will also be considering the Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26 at this meeting.
