The Indian Hume Pipe Company has informed that it enclosed copies of the public notices under rule 6(3)(a) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016 to the attention of Shareholders of the Company in respect of transfer of equity shares of the Company to Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Account. The public notices were published on 14th April, 2026 in the newspapers, ‘Business Standard’ (English) and ‘Mumbai Lakshdeep’ (Marathi).
