SEBIHO/38/13/11(2)2026-MIRSD-POD.1.3750/2026 dated January 30, 2026, a special window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer requests and dematerialization of physical securities which were sold/ purchased prior to April 1, 2019, which shall be open for a period of one year from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027, applicable for such transfer requests which were submitted earlier and were rejected/ returned/ not attended due to deficiency of documents/ process/ or otherwise. Pursuant to the aforesaid, the Company has published the newspaper advertisement(s) detailing the opening of the special window in the editions of Business Standard (English and Hindi) on April 14, 2026.
