In terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Jonjua Overseas has informed that pursuant to the approval granted by the Board of Directors for registration of a charitable trust under the name ‘JONJUA CSR TRUST’ (the ‘Trust’) to undertake Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities on behalf of the company to effectively utilize the CSR funds, the Trust has been registered on 13th April, 2026. This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to sustainable and responsible corporate citizenship. The Trust has been established exclusively for charitable purposes, aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, and CSR Policy of the Company, to benefit the public at large. The Trust’s activities will adhere to: Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies CSR Policy; Applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961; All other applicable Rules and Regulations including any statutory modifications/guidelines issued thereunder.
