Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cyient has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 23 April 2026, to: i. Approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026; ii. Approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026; iii. Recommend final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, if any iv. Consider and approve a proposal for the buyback of equity shares of the Company, subject to obtaining all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, and to authorise all actions, matters, and things incidental, ancillary, or consequential thereto.
