Sejal Glass has confirmed that the Company has been complying with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) well within the stipulated time. Further, as on date, there is no information or announcement which, in the opinion of the Company, requires disclosure under the SEBI Listing Regulations and which may have a bearing on the price or volume movement of the equity shares of the Company. While the company has shared all the developments in the Company with the Exchanges as aforementioned, the increase in the price of securities is purely due to the market conditions and the Company has no bearing on the same.
