Syschem (India) informs about newspaper advertisement
Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. HO/38/11(2)/2026-MIRSD-POD/1/3750/2026 dated February 05, 2026, Syschem (India) has informed that a special window has been opened for re-lodgement of transfer requests for shares for a period of one year, from February 05, 2026 to February 04, 2027, in order to facilitate ease of investing for investors and to safeguard their rights in respect of securities purchased by them. In this regard, the Company has published an advertisement in the newspapers to create awareness among the investors about the aforesaid special window. A copy of the said newspaper advertisement is enclosed.
