Mukand has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, May 14, 2026: a) to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 and b) to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 to Saturday, May 16, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the designated persons as per the Company’s Code of Conduct framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The designated persons of the Company have been informed of the Trading Window closure.
