SRM Contractors informs about company updates
Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SRM Contractors has informed that the Company has bagged a Contract for a value of Rs 483 Crores from MSIDC (Maharashtra State Infrastructure Development Corporation). Details as required under Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations read with circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-POD-I /P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023 the relevant details pertaining to the said purchase order are specified in Annexure A.
